Professor of Systematic Theology and Holistic Development; theological consultant. As a researcher, teacher, local church pastor, leader, visiting lecturer in various theological faculties and Bible seminaries in Africa, he has a creative spirit. He has supervised and continues to supervise many students of all levels and participates in the defense juries for the Masters and the Doctorate.
He is also a member of the research team of the Faculty of Theology (Contextual Ministry Center) of the University of Pretoria in South Africa within the framework of the research project of the Nagel Institute on the theme: “Urban Africa 2050: Imagining Theological Education/Training for Thriving African Cities”. He published recently ‘Pentecost of the city’: Towards an African urban migratory theology in https://missionalia.journals.ac.za/pub/article/view/390.
As writer and author, he is the President of Foundation Adonaï-Yireeh House, a ministry of teaching, seminars, radio broadcasts, holistic development, editing and publication of theological works.
He is the Senior Pastor of the Siloé Baptist Community of Kandévié-Siriki (CBSKS) / Porto-Novo in Benin and also the Technical Assistant to the General Secretary of All Africa Baptist Fellowship (AABF).
Afolabi Ghislain Agbèdè is married to Ilboudo Ladnewende Eveline and together they have four children.

Il y a exactement 1950 années aujourd’hui que le martyr du Père de la mission en Asie a eu lieu. Le Pasteur Apôtre et disciple de Jésus-Christ, l’un des Douze, Thomas Dydime, le jumeau puisque c’est de lui qu’il s’agit est arrivé en Inde vingt années plutôt en l’an 52 pour accomplir la Grande Commission, celle de faire du peuple indien de Kerala des disciples du Christ. Il a établit sept Églises au premier siècle. Celui qui a vu les mains trouées de clous du Christ-Ressuscité avant de croire (Jean 20.24-29) à payer de sa vie son engagement pour l’œuvre du Seigneur.

Professeur de théologie systématique et de développement holistique ; consultant en théologie. En tant que chercheur, enseignant, pasteur d’Église locale, leader, conférencier invité dans diverses facultés théologiques et séminaires bibliques en Afrique, il a un esprit créatif. Il a encadré et continue d’encadrer de nombreux étudiants de tous niveaux et participe aux jurys de soutenances pour le Master et le Doctorat.
Il est également membre de l’équipe de recherche de la Faculté de Théologie ( Centre du ministère Contextuel) de l’Université de Prétoria en Afrique du Sud dans le cadre du projet de recherche de l’Institut Nagel sur le thème : « Afrique urbaine 2050 : Imaginer l’éducation/formation théologique pour des villes africaines florissantes ».
Écrivain et auteur, il est le Président de la Fondation Adonai-Yireeh House, un ministère d’enseignement, de séminaires, d’émissions radiophoniques, d’édition et de publications d’ouvrages théologiques.
